Dedicated to conveying our brands' image and increasing turnover in France and in International markets:

• broadening our knowledge of our customers and markets;
• drafting, coordinating and rolling out cross-channel business plans  and
• defining and implementing retail merchandising, window displays and merchandising skills tools

Sourcing and Quality

• Develop the activity of each purchasing department in liaison with each brand's procurement management team and the group's sourcing manager.
• Serve our customers and provide the right product, with the right quality, at the right time and at the right price
• Guarantee the optimal safety and quality of all products
• Ensure that our products are manufactured in an ethical and environmentally friendly way
• Keep abreast of changing technologies, techniques and regulations so that our products can keep up and to forecast and secure long term brand positioning

E-commerce and Customer Relations

• Develop profitable and innovative e-commerce using marketing tools (website and mail shots) and e-merchandising
• Seek out new ground for brands to expand and enable them to enter new markets
• Anticipate industry changes and extend our business offer
• Gain further knowledge of our customers and markets to keep us in the loop
• Be proactive in establishing loyal customer relationships and attracting a new clientèle

Supply Chain

• Oversee the logistics of our merchandise, its arrival and dispatch to stock our stores all over the world
• Adapt and develop our work flows in a coherent manner as the group and its markets continue to grow
• Establish and implement new logistic flows for the future
• Establish solid connections with our partners (suppliers, logistics providers, etc.)
