Brand Manager
- Develop a brand platform and tools to be made available to internal teams.
- Guarantee the deployment of the brand identity
- Through its positioning. (Product Marketing)

Designer
- Propel the brand's image within the markets.
- Stimulate the desire to buy with the constant renewal of collections which endorse the brand's identity.
- Support market managers in designing novel products in line with the brand's design specifications :
- 1. Fix design orientation based on upcoming styles;
- 2. Interpret and illustrate design orientations for a given market;
- 3. Ensure the products embody the brand image.
Graphic Designer
- Design graphics which have a strong impact on the customer using novel visuals, in line with the brand and following a style or market brief.
- 1. Propose graphic concepts inspired by upcoming trends;
- 2. Create customer-focused designs which reflect the brand's values and deliver on time;
- 3. Optimise cooperation amongst the different departments.
Product Marketing Manager
The Product Marketing Manager assesses the cohesion amongst customer needs, product offer (particularly product and price range, etc.), perception and brand positioning.
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring brand positioning by undertaking market and competitor analysis to ensure that collections are positioned in the right direction on both quantitative and qualitative levels.
The Marketing Manager has to know what's going on in the market to alert the procurement department to changing consumer trends, concepts and how our competitors are likely to evolve. They identify new innovations which could benefit the Brand and ensure that customer perception is taken into account (products, services, merchandising)
The Marketing Manager collates and summarises customer expectations and feedback to ensure that the collection is tailored to their needs.
- 1. Undertake competitor monitoring for France and International departments
- 2. Ensure that customer feedback is acted upon
- 3. Carry out market surveys
- 4. Propel innovation
Product / Market Director
The Market Director develops their markets profitability and growth by means of a marketing strategy adapted to the business' needs whilst ensuring overall coherence of the brand.
- 1. Devise an ambitious and well structured marketing strategy for their market
- 2. Coordinate the development of the collections up to the review stage
- 3. Guarantee high quality customer perception and setup deadlines
- 4. Be reactive throughout the season to optimise the product offer and increase sales
- 5. Provide direct and cross-departmental management
Product Manager / Market Manager
The Market Manager's mission is to increase their sector's turnover by designing products which are innovative, creative, affordable, coherent and international, which meet customers' needs and respect the Brands' positioning.
- 1. Design and produce products which lie within the Brand's positioning in keeping with new style trends and evolving market demands
- 2. Guarantee high quality customer perception in stores
- 3. Optimise the product offer throughout the season and in international markets
- 4. Guarantee the exclusivity of our creations
- 5. Provide direct and cross-departmental management
Computer Graphics Designer
The Computer Graphics Designer develops all the technical aspects of the product design from the drawing board through to production in order to improve their end use in store. They also provide product enhancement tools and ensure that the various parties are able to use these tools.
- 1. Draft technical specifications
- 2. Oversee technical standards of goods (validations)
- 3. Assist the Marketing Manager in putting the collection together
- 4. Optimise cooperation amongst the various teams involved by providing up to date visuals
Pattern Maker
The pattern maker's job is to provide our customers with a guarantee that our products comply with the Brand's standards.
- 1. Guarantee compliance whilst following market trends
- 2. Guarantee Customer Perception of the technical aspects of our products
- 3. Ensure that safety standards are applied
