Human Resources Assistant
In close cooperation with the regional pilot, he accompanies the shop’s managers in the field of labour laws, of recruitment and of the management of personnel costs. He ensures the follow-up of the OKAÏDI staff of a region, as soon as they are taken on (work contract and wages).

Accountant
With the observance of tax and accounting regulations and of internal procedures, he ensures the issuing of operating accounts and of the balance, by accounting all the invoices.
In constant relation with the Company’s various departments, he contributes to the follow-up of the Company’s profits.

Management controller
He makes up the budgets with each work team, both as an adviser and warrantor of the Company’s profits. He ensures the follow-up of various financial data by elaborating efficient tools allowing the follow-up of monthly reporting.

Responsible of Maintenance Works
He ensures the follow-up of all the sites in the observance of the concept, of costs and of the planning defined. He guarantees the perpetuity of the brand image and the operating of shops.

Operation Coordinator
Interface between the shops, the centralised purchasing and the regional pilots, he makes sure of the transmission and the coherence of information through the internal newssheet.

International Coordinator
He is the relay between the foreign affiliates and the central services. His mission is adapting our educational system and transmitting it. He centralises the information in the aim of bringing quick and efficient solutions.
